David Durante (C)

Dave Durante is a celebrated coach, multiple-time USA Gymnastics National Champion, and was a member of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Team as an alternate. As the Co-Owner of Power Monkey Fitness, his passion in life is to bring gymnastics education to people all over the world.


Colin Geraghty

Colin Geraghty is a former gymnast, NCAA basketball player, and head of athlete development at Crossfit Milford. Colin is known for his exceptional ability to help the everyday athlete understand how to train smarter and with better technique.



Even after 12 years of doing Crossfit, I knew I had a lot of room for improvement on my bodyweight movements, but was unsure what to do. Assessment Exercises:

Notes on Assessment:

  • Attempt 2 rounds of max reps of each assessment exercise. Take as much time as needed between rounds.
  • Make sure you are fresh when doing these exercises to help get an accurate max number. You can split these exercises up over the course of a week if you need to. They do not need to all be done in one day
  • Be honest with yourself when it comes to counting reps. For a rep to count, we are looking for full range of movement.

Yes the program is designed to supplement your general fitness programming, or it can be used independently.

The beginner, intermediate, and advanced plans are tailored to your specific skill level. However, if you're having trouble with a specific skill that is beyond your abilities, contact: and we'll be glad to help.
