Pull Over

Pull Over 

1) Pull hips to bar. 
2) Knees into chest creating tuck position
3) Continue pull when hips come in contact with bar
4) Knees stay in towards chest.  As torso rises, knees drive down to ground (circle action)
*men, pull above groin with bar hitting areas just below belly button
