Circular Scap PullUps

1. Start in full relaxed hang
 (tight straight body)
2. Arms locked out
3. Move through shoulder blades
 creating a circular motion
4. On the forward circles, initiate 
by rotating armpits out
5. On backward circles, initiate
 by rotating the armpits in 
6. Control
