Rope Climb with Legs and Tempo Descent

1)Wrap feet around rope and get foot lock into position.
2)Climb up with consistent pace.
3)Touch beam at top.
4)On descent, slow action.  
5)Legs in L-Sit if possible.
6)Return all the way to seated position on ground with each rep.
