Coccyx Balance Sequence

1)Balance in tuck position with legs/torso off ground
2)Use arms by side to help stabilize
3)Extend one leg as high towards vertical as possible.  Repeat on other leg
4)Extend both legs fully towards vertical.  
5)Knees together throughout
6)Return back to tuck starting point
