Hanging Core Sequence 1

1)Single Leg L-Hold and Side Hold:
   -knee locked and toes pointed
   -keep leg at 90 degrees throughout action
   -repeat on other leg
2)Strict Toes to Bar:
   -bring ankles as close to bar as possible with straight knees.  It is ok if legs are closer to horizontal 
   -keep torso as vertical as possible
