Side Plank Hold into Side Plank Raise

1)Post shoulder in line with elbow
2)Feet on top of each other if possible.  If not, top foot behind bottom foot
3)Head neutral
4)During hold, push hips up, creating maximum space between hips and ground
5)During raise, drop hips towards ground, then up as high as possible.  
6)Control each rep
