4 Position Hold with Side Raise

1)Elbows always locked when hand/s in contact with ground
2)Create as much space as possible between ground and hips whenever in a hold position.  Body positions should be uniform curves (hollow & arch)
3)Full range on motion on side raises
4)Feet on top of each other in side positions. (Can be apart if needed for stability)
