1)Start on all fours.  Elbow locked throughout
2)Sequence goes as follows:
   -Single Leg Pulse
   -Bent Knee Heel Drive
   -Bend to Straighten
   -Tuck to Extension
   -Lateral Kicks
   -Lateral Circles (both directions)
3)Repeat sequence on other leg
