1)Elbows locked out.  Fingers to the side or facing back
2)Shoulders through to knees in one line (open hip angle)
3)Extend one leg as far as possible (straight knee and pointed toe)
4)Head either neutral or looking down at pointed foot
5)Keep circles uniform in size
6)Repeat on other leg
