Dips on boxes (feet assisted)

Dips on boxes 
(feet assisted)

1) Hands turned out (or on dumbbells)
2) Toes or balls of feet on floor slightly 
behind body
3) Shoulders over hips over knees
4) Go to full comfortable depth every rep
5) Assist as much as needed to get full 
range 
6) Adjusting height of box is ok as long 
as feet can assist
