Elevated Press Drill (Box)

1)Stacked position throughout (hips over shoulders over hands).
2)Elbows locked.
3)Hands shoulder width apart
4)Find height of boxes that will allow for control of press.  Minimize jumping/momentum.
5)Control back down to starting position on each rep.
