Angled wall HS hold +
 single leg extensions

1. Hands shoulder width a few 
feet off of wall
2. Elbows locked out 
3. Head neutral 
4. Knees locked, feet together 
5. Slowly extend one leg off wall 
stacking ankle over
 hips/shoulders/wrists 
6. Maintain tight body shape as 
leg extends
