1)Hands about 12-18in away from wall (closer will be more challenging to balance)
2)Elbows locked
3)Bring one leg away from wall finding balance point on hands.  Second foot will follow once weight distribution is achieved.
4)Should be subtle action.  Nothing too aggressive
