Skill Level: Beginner

HS Kick up to Wall Drill

1. Start with hands shoulder 
width on floor
2.  Fingertips an inch from the
 wall (move back only as much 
as needed)
3. Arms next to ears and kick up
 to the wall
4. Feet over hips over shoulders 
over wrists (in handstand hold)
5. Feet/heels together 
6. Ears next to arms, eyes 
between thumbs
