Press Hip Raise

Skill Level: Beginner

Press Hip Raise
1) Feet/Knees together
2) Elbows locked out
3) Bring hips up as high as 
possible.  
Work towards stacked position: 
hips over shoulders over hands.
4) Eye line down towards ground
5) Higher paralletes, boxes or
 dip bars will be a good place to 
start 
Lower to the ground will be 
much more challenging
