Wall assisted crow
 to handstand

1. Hands shoulder width, top of head
 on floor out in front of hands 
(tripod shape)
2. Knees to elbows one at a time
 (place feet on wall for support)
3. Extend leg one at a time placing 
feet to wall 
4. Tight hollow body 
5. Keep pressure into the floor with 
your hands entire rep
6. Find stability in each position 
before moving up or down (Control)
