Wall Press to 90 (Stomach to Wall)

1)Hands shoulder width apart and place hands slightly away from wall (18-24in when first starting)
2)Wide straddle first prior to lowering legs towards ground
3)Legs to or slightly below 90 degreesĀ 
4)Press back to handstand with same pattern
5)Slow and controlled action
6)Elbows and knees locked throughout
