Downward Dog HSPU with Tempo

1)Hands shoulder width apart.

2)Head travels forward, far enough to create an equidistant triangle.

3)Top of head touches ground (not forehead).

4)Elbows stay in tight to body.

5)Bend knees if hamstrings are tight.

6)Work towards a compact, "stacked" position.  Hips over shoulders over hands.
