Deadlift Control - 3 Point PVC Spinal Position Drill

- Start with PVC at hip in neutral spine position
- Hinge so the PVC is at mid thigh position, then move the spine from rounded into extended with the goal of finding ideal spinal neutral 
- Move to PVC at knee position, then repeat above steps, again with the goal of finding ideal neutral spine position 
- Finally move to mid shin, then repeat steps above for neutral spine, then move back to starting position
