Deadlift Control - Banded Pull Throughs
- Tie appropriate sized band to heavy kettlbell or stationary upright
- Be sure band goes through legs, then start hold opposite end of band at hip level
- Keep a neutral core position with light brace, and neutral head position
- Allow the band to assist into a hip hinge, loading posterior chain, breath for one cycle, then return to tall starting position
