Deadlift Control - PVC Bar Path

- Start with PVC at hip position in snatch grip, with tall chest, feet hip width, and light brace in core 
- Move into hip hinge movement, with PVC moving down thighs, over knees, and to mid shin
- Be sure to keep as vertical a bar path as possible, without allowing rounded back or excessive forward head
