Deadlift Control  - Wall Tap Hip Hinge Drill With PVC

- Start holding PVC in snatch grip, with core braced in neutral spine, standing 6-8" from wall 
- Hinge at the hip to touch butt to wall, while moving the PVC path to just above knee
- Feel tension in the posterior chain, making sure to keep core engaged
- Cycle one breath at bottom position, then return to start position
