Deadlift Mobility - Hamstring Split Mobilization

- Start with back knee on cushion, and one leg in front with hips square and belly button facing forward. 
- Using hands for support, lightly push down until hamstring stretch is felt, taking 5 deep breaths with full inhale/exhale cycles
- Lightly move into stretch more with each breath
- Repeat on other side
