Deadlift Mobility - Standing Nerve Glides

- Start with feet together, then reach down full to touch the toes (bending of knees okay) with head down
- Attempt to straighten both knees 5x, being sure not to push through too intense of a sensation 
- Then alternate bending and straightening each leg 5x while continuing to hold toes
