Front Rack Control - Shoulder External Rotation Band

- Start with elbows up on appropriately high barbell, about shoulder width apart - Hold light elastic band in both hands with palms up
- Keeping core neutral and engaged, pull the band apart into external rotation
- Be sure to keep chin neutral.
- Perform 5 reps, with deep breathing cycle on each rep
