Front Rack Mobility - Band Assisted Front Rack Stretch
- Start with one elbow up on appropriately high barbell, holding one end of elastic band
- Place the same sided foot in loop of one end, then pull band over shoulder
- While keeping core and neck in good neutral position, lightly pull down on band using foot, moving more into front rack position
- Once stretch is felt, take deep breath and repeat 5 more times, then perform on other arm
