Front Rack Mobility - Barbell Elbow Pumps

- Start standing at appropriately high barbell
- Step forward with one leg, and move the same sided arm into a front rack position 
- Be sure to maintain full grip on bar, and be sure body is facing straight ahead
- Repeat 5-10 times on one side, then 5-10 times on the other side
