- Start in lunge position, with bottom knee on pad
- First brace core, engage glute, and press down with opposite hand on front leg to engage core
- Lean forward until stretch felt in front of hip
- Use box for balance and support if needed
- Hold for one full breathing cycle, relax, then return to start. perform 3-5 reps both sides
