- Lie on back with knees bent up and appropriately weighted kettlebell overhead, holding it by the outside and back of handle 
- While keeping core tension and alignment, slowly lower kettle bell overhead
- Cycle one full inhale and exhale at the bottom position
- Perform 3-5 reps as core warm up
