Muscle Up Mobility - Crab Extensions

- Start seated with feet and shoulders hip width apart, hands should be turned back or to side based on comfort 
- Extend into crab position, keeping chin tucked and trying to fully open hips
- Hold for 2 seconds while cycling full breath, then return to start. Perform 5 - 10 reps
