Overhead Control and Strength - Curled Up Thoracic Spine Rotations
- Start in curled up position, with hips seated on heels and one elbow in midline close to knees
- Place one hand behind head, and then while keeping starting hip position rotate upwards to look at ceiling
- When end point reached, cycle one breathing cycle and return to start
- Perform 10 reps on each side
