Overhead Control and Strength - Kettlebell Arm Bar

- Start on your back with a kettlebell locked overhead and the same side knee bent
- Push with the bent leg side hip rolling your body so that the kettlebell side shoulder is stacked over the opposing shoulder
- Step the bent knee side over the opposite leg and continue rolling maximally
- Keep the kettlebell stacked over the shoulder throughout
