Overhead Control and Strength - Prone PVC Presses

- Lie on stomach with glutes and core engaged, PVC held in snatch grip overhead, and chin tucked to neutral 
- Raise PVC off floor, slowly lower to back rack position, hold for 1 second with deep breath, then return to start 
- Can assist by putting rolled towel under hips, or towel on forehead to maintain spine neutral 
- No pain should be felt, scale as needed
