Overhead Control and Strength - Row and External Rotation at 90 Degrees with Band

- Start in half kneeling position 
- With elbow at shoulder height, row the band to just before body midline 
- While holding this position, turn the thumb up and externally rotate shoulder to 90 degrees
- Slowly return to middle row, then extend arm to start position. Perform sets of 10 on both sides
