Overhead Control and Strength - Row, Rotate, and Press Drill

- Start in half kneeling position 
- With elbow at shoulder height, row the band to just before body midline 
-  Turn the thumb up and externally rotate shoulder to 90 degrees
- From this position, elevate the arm overhead, then return to 90 degree position 
- Perform sets of 10 on both sides with appropriate resistance
