Overhead Control and Strength - Single Arm Lifts Off Box
- Start kneeling in front of low box, with both palms on top
- Rock hips back, keeping core engaged and chin tucked
- Rotate one palm up toward the ceiling, and by using the shoulder blade lift the arm off the box
- Do not allow shoulder joint to slide forward and hyper extend, and keep good core/neck position
- Alternate 10 reps each side, lowering hip and shoulder angle as needed for challenge
