Overhead Control and Strength - Tucked Box Handstand Drill
- Begin with knees on a box, walk the hands back towards the box, attempting to stack the hips over top of the hands
- Pull your chest back towards the box attempting to align the hands, shoulders and hips
- Once aligned perform a shrugging motion pushing away from the floor and relaxing back toward it
- Keep the elbows locked out the entire time
