Overhead Mobility - Floor Pec Stretch

- Lie on stomach with one arm up at 90 degrees with elbow bent to 90 degrees 
- While keeping core tight, turn head and rotate away from arm being worked until stretch felt in front of chest
- Cycle one deep breath, then return to start position 
- Perform 5 - 10 times each shoulder
- Not pinching pain should be felt in shoulder
