Overhead Mobility - Supine Wall Angel Complex

- Lie on floor with lower back close to ground
- Raise both arms overhead with thumbs facing towards ground
- Slowly slide arms down to 45 degree position,
- Return to 90 degree shoulder height, rotate palms down 
- Rotate back to floor overhead then raise arms overhead, return to start position
