Overhead Mobility - Thoracic Spine Rotations and Windmills
- Lie on side with head supported, and top leg bent up fully resting on foam roller
- Use bottom arm to secure top leg that is flexed
- While holding leg, rotate in opposite direction with head and eyes first, using top side hand to pull ribs in direction of rotation
- When end range is reached, inhale and fully exhale
- No pain should occur
