Shoulder Care Basics - Prone Y

- Lie on stomach using box or bench
- Support head to neutral with pad or towel 
- With thumb up towards ceiling, raise extended arm overhead just below head height into "Y" position. Do not raise weight excessively past head, or allow shoulder to slide forward and touch box 
- Hold 1 second, then slowly lower down to start position
- Perform sets of 8-10 reps on both sides with appropriate weight
