Shoulder Care Basics - Sidelying External Rotation
- Lie on side with knees bent and head supported
- Brace core to be engaged, and start with elbow bent to 90 degrees and elbow firmly push into side
- Rotate palm upward towards ceiling, not allowing elbow to lift off body or excessive trunk rotation backwards
- Slowly lower to starting position
- Perform sets of 8-10 reps with appropriate weight
