Squat Mobility - Quadruped Hip Rock with Thoracic Rotation

- On hands and knees straighten one leg
- Rotate the down hip until the foot passes your trail leg knee, block the foot with your knee
- Maintain a flat back and shift your bodyweight maximally toward the down knee side
- Sink backwards lightly and place your opposite side forearm inline with your down knee to increase the stretch
