Explosive false grip ring pull up from flexed hang

1.Engage false grip
2.Start and finish each rep from a full hang with elbows locked
3.Pull to flexed arm hang and pause with palms facing each other
4.Explode through top of pull up and turn palms forward at the top 
5.Pause in flexed arm hang on the way down 
6.Maintain tight, straight body position throughout
