Air Squat with Elevation

1) ONLY about 2 inch of heel on plate to ensure solidity
2) Recommended stance = outside of foot in line with or up to 1 inch outside shoulder w/toes turned out 5-15 degrees
3) Find "relaxed" standing/set up position
4) Maintain mid foot pressure throughout(NO heels)
5) Sink to lowest position using plate to exaggerate upright torso(find end range of ankle w/knee outside big toe)
