Air Squat Full ROM
1) Recommended stance = outside of foot in line with or up to 1 inch outside shoulder w/toes turned out 5-15 degrees
2) Find "relaxed" standing/set up position
3) Maintain mid foot pressure throughout(NO heels)
4) Mimic snatch/clean receiving position(as low and upright as possible; find end range of ankle w/knee outside big toe)
