1. Stack body with elbows under bar
2. NO arch/NO big chest; squeeze glutes/ribs down as needed
3. Slow and short(inches) with dip; shoulders stay over hips, NO arch
4. From dip, jump up ensuring body stays stacked in air
5. FEEL body "float," land in line
