1. Strap to bar w/clean grip
2. Find front squat set up
-stack body, elbows inside hands
3. NO arch/NO big chest; squeeze glutes/ribs down as needed
4. Ground entire foot down and up(NO heels)
5. In lowest position, find ankle end range w/knee outside big toe, no more than pinkie toe
