Jerk Dip + Hold

1. Find PEZ set up
-stack body(squeeze glutes/ribs down)
-elbows up w/ALL fingers under bar
-head relaxed, eyes straight
2. Mimic Wall Dip
-Slow and short(inches) w/dip
-maintain stack/head/eyes
3. Pause in dip and set up as indicated
